Carrots glazed in St Lawrence Gold Maple Syrup and lemon thyme

Ingredients

  • 1kg carrots, try and find the rainbow ones
  • 3 tablespoons St Lawrence Gold maple syrup
  • small bunch lemon thyme

Method

  1. Par boil the carrots until just before they are oft (they still have some crunch).
  2. Drain and add to a frying pan set on a medium heat and drizzle of the St Lawrence Gold maple syrup and let the carrots go lovely and sticky.
  3. Right at the end sprinkle over the lemon thyme leaves.
