St Lawrence Gold Maple Syrup, mango, passion fruit & prune ice lollies


These ice lollies made with fresh fruit and a sweet touch of syrup will make the kids go crazy at summer! (And possibly the adults too!)

Ingredients

  • 100ml water
  • 100ml California prune juice
  • 50ml St Lawrence Gold maple syrup
  • 1 fresh mango
  • 3 passion fruits
  • 1 lime

Method

  1. Place the peeled mango, California prune juice, St Lawrence Gold maple syrup, passion fruit and lime juice into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the liquid into ice lolly moulds and freeze for 4 hours until solid.
